We take pride in our work and stand behind every recording, mix, and master we deliver.
2. Service Quality Guarantee
Professional Standards: We guarantee that all services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards for audio production, recording, mixing, and mastering.
Technical Specifications: Final deliverables will meet the technical specifications agreed upon at the start of the project, including:
- Bit depth and sample rate requirements
- File format specifications
- Loudness standards (LUFS targets)
- Frequency response and dynamic range
Equipment Standards: All recordings will be made using professional-grade equipment maintained in proper working order.
3. Revision Policy
Mixing Services:
- Unlimited revisions included until client satisfaction
- Revisions must be requested within reasonable timeframes
- Major scope changes may require additional fees
- Detailed feedback required for efficient revisions
Mastering Services:
- Up to 3 revision rounds included
- Additional revisions available at discounted hourly rate
- Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Recording Sessions:
- Technical issues during session will be resolved at no charge
- Additional session time for retakes subject to standard rates
- Punch-ins and minor corrections included during booked time
4. Technical Defect Warranty
We warrant that final deliverables will be free from technical defects including:
- Audio glitches, pops, clicks, or artifacts
- Phase cancellation issues
- Excessive noise or hum
- Corrupted or damaged files
- Incorrect file specifications
Warranty Period: 90 days from final delivery. Technical defects reported within this period will be corrected at no additional charge.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Poor source material or recordings
- Client-provided files that are damaged or low quality
- Artistic preferences or subjective quality assessments
- Changes to project scope after approval
- Files corrupted after delivery due to client's system or software
5. Equipment and Facility Warranty
Studio Equipment: We maintain our equipment in proper working condition and conduct regular maintenance. If equipment failure interrupts your session:
- Session will be paused and rescheduled at no additional charge
- Work completed before interruption will be preserved
- Makeup time will be scheduled at client's convenience
Facility Environment: Our studio provides:
- Professional acoustically treated recording spaces
- Climate-controlled environment
- Clean and maintained facilities
- Safe and secure premises
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
While creative work is subjective, we are committed to your satisfaction:
Mixing and Mastering: We will work with you through revisions until you are satisfied with the final product, within reason. If after multiple revision rounds you remain unsatisfied, we will discuss alternative solutions including:
- Consultation with additional engineer for fresh perspective
- Partial refund consideration (at our discretion)
- Credit toward future services
⚠️ Important Note
The satisfaction guarantee applies to technical quality and adherence to agreed specifications. Subjective artistic preferences that change after project approval may not qualify for refund.
7. Time Guarantee
Turnaround Times: We commit to the following standard turnaround times:
- Mixing: 5-7 business days per song (standard)
- Mastering: 2-3 business days per song (standard)
- Revisions: 2-3 business days per revision round
- Rush Services: Available for additional fee with guaranteed timelines
If we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines without valid reason, you may be entitled to:
- Priority status for completion
- Discount on services (10-20% depending on delay)
- Rush fee waiver if applicable
8. File Delivery Warranty
We guarantee:
- Delivery Format: Files delivered in agreed-upon formats (WAV, MP3, FLAC, etc.)
- File Integrity: All files tested and verified before delivery
- Backup Storage: Session files stored for 90 days after project completion
- Re-delivery: If delivered files are corrupted or lost, we will re-deliver from our backups at no charge within the 90-day storage period
9. Limitation of Warranty
Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Subjective artistic differences or creative preferences
- Changes in client's vision or requirements after final approval
- Issues resulting from client-provided materials
- Incompatibility with client's playback systems or software
- Loss of data due to client's failure to backup files
- Issues arising after the 90-day warranty period
10. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:

- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Include project reference number and delivery date
- Attach examples or evidence of the defect if applicable
- Allow 2-3 business days for response and resolution plan
We will work diligently to resolve all valid warranty claims as quickly as possible.
11. Remedies
If services do not meet warranty standards, your remedies include:
- Correction: We will correct defects at no additional charge
- Re-performance: Services may be re-performed if initial work is defective
- Partial Refund: In cases where correction is not feasible, partial refund may be offered
- Service Credit: Credit toward future services as alternative to refund
Maximum Liability: Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
